Do you have minimums?
We don't at the moment! As a small business ourselves, we value being able to order just one or two items to represent your company or brand. We hope to keep it this way!
What file type should I upload?
Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) produce the best engraving results.
High-resolution PNG or JPG files are also accepted—just make sure the lines are clean.
Will I see a proof before my hat is made?
Yes. A digital proof will be emailed to you for approval before production.
Nothing is engraved until you approve your design.
Can you match the patch shape to my logo?
Absolutely. Choose from our standard shapes or request a custom outline shaped exactly like your logo.
Do I need permission to use my logo?
Yes. You must own the rights or have written permission to use any logo, trademark, or copyrighted artwork you submit.
What leather colors do you offer?
A variety of hand-dyed leather options are available (shown in listing photos).

What is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is typically 7–10 business days after proof approval.
Larger bulk orders may require additional time—email us for exact timing. We can typically work within a deadline so always reach out even if you need something sooner.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer price breaks for bulk orders and wholesale accounts.

Can you match hats for a team or staff?
Absolutely. We can do full-color runs, multiple hat colors, and cohesive branding across adult + kids sizes.
Where are the patches made?
Every patch is designed, cut, hand-dyed, engraved, and sealed in our Indiana studio.
Do you accept returns on custom items?
Custom logo items are final sale once the proof is approved.
