RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your order from Left Grain, but we totally understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Because every item we make is crafted in small batches (and many are made to order), we handle returns a little differently than big box stores — but we always want you to be happy with your purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges on non-custom, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging and tags attached.

Please note: Personalized, custom, and Hat Bar items cannot be returned or exchanged. These pieces are made just for you and are considered final sale.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return or exchange, email us at info@left-grain.com with your order number and details about what you’d like to return. Once approved, you can ship your item to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re not responsible for packages lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your account for store credit. This will be sent to the email used when purchasing.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We inspect every order carefully, but if something arrives damaged or not quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

CANCELLATIONS

Online orders cannot be canceled after production on the item has started. If you approve the proof, the item will begin production and can no longer be canceled. Non-custom items cannot be canceled after the item has been marked as shipped. If you cancel prior to shipping and production, you will be responsible for a 3% transaction fee and will receive 97% of the order total as a refund.

SHIPPING POLICY

Left Grain orders ship via USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE or USPS Priority Mail or UPS from our studio in Noblesville, Indiana. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Production & Processing Times
Regular items: ship within 2–3 business days
Custom items: ship within 7–10 business days
Large or bulk orders: can take up to 2 weeks — please reach out before ordering if you need a specific delivery date.

All delivery timing is based solely on USPS transit times once the package leaves our studio. Left Grain cannot guarantee delivery dates once items are in transit.

Ground Advantage: 1–7 business days (depending on location)
Priority Mail: 1–5 business days

Lost or Missing Packages
Left Grain is not responsible for packages once they have been marked “Delivered” by USPS, unless shipping insurance was purchased by selecting Priority Shipping at checkout.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact your local Post Office with your tracking number. They can often locate the exact delivery point using geo-tracking data.
