Shipping & Returns

We hope you love your order from Left Grain. Every piece is designed and produced in small batches in our Indiana studio, and many items are made to order just for you. Because of that, our return process looks a little different than large retailers.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Non-custom, unused items may be exchanged for another item of equal value or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging included.

Custom, personalized, and Hat Bar items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Left Grain is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Cancellations

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started or proofs have been approved.

Non-custom orders cannot be canceled once marked as shipped. Orders canceled before production or shipment will receive a refund minus a 3% transaction fee.

Shipping Policy

Orders ship from our studio in Noblesville, Indiana via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Production & Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2–3 business days
  • Custom and personalized items typically ship within 7–10 business days
  • Large or bulk orders may take up to 2 weeks

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Shipping Transit Times

Once your order leaves our studio, shipping timing is dependent on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed by Left Grain.

Typical USPS delivery windows:

  • Ground Advantage: 1–7 business days
  • Priority Mail: 1–5 business days

Lost or Missing Packages

Left Grain is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package cannot be located, we recommend contacting your local post office directly with your tracking number. USPS can often use geo-tracking data to help locate the delivery point.
