Introducing Maple Maker classes at the Left Grain studio! We're excited to open up the back for classes. We've tested this out a couple of times and want to share details.

Maple Maker Classes

Host a Workshop at the Left Grain Studio

Maple Maker Classes are hands-on creative workshops hosted inside the Left Grain Studio on Maple Avenue in Noblesville, Indiana. We invite artists, makers, and educators to share their skills through small group classes designed to inspire creativity, connection, and learning.

Our studio is best suited for small, interactive workshops where participants can learn something new, create with their hands, and enjoy time in a welcoming creative environment.

Ideas of classes that work well in the space include:

  • Painting or watercolor

  • Floral arranging

  • Candle making

  • Leather crafting

  • Sewing

  • Block printing

  • Photography basics

  • Creative business workshops

  • Seasonal craft projects

  • And more! Don’t hesitate to share an idea!

Studio Rental Options

We offer two rental options:

  • Flat Studio Rental (Instructor keeps 100% of ticket sales)
  • Studio Partnership (lower base fee + 20% of ticket sales shared)

 

What the Studio Provides

  • Use of the Left Grain Studio workshop space

  • Tables and chairs for class setup

  • Access to studio amenities

  • Optional listing on the Maple Maker Classes calendar

  • Fully staffed studio shop during the event (shopping available)

Our studio shop will be open before and after the class, and we encourage instructors to mention this to attendees so they know they are welcome to browse the shop while visiting the studio.

What Instructors Provide

  • Teaching and class instruction

  • All materials and supplies

  • Ticket sales and registration management

  • Setup and cleanup within the reserved time window

  • One promotional photo and short description for marketing

Studio Guidelines

  • Workshops typically run 2–3 hours

  • Setup and cleanup must occur within the reserved time

  • Extended time available upon request

  • Maximum class size depends on layout and activity (typically 10–16 participants)

    • We have chairs for up to 20
