Each patch is hand dyed and weather sealed before being attached to the hat.
Leather items are made from real veg-tanned leather that is hand dyed and sealed. Leather items will get softer with time and use. If the leather gets a scratch or blemish, you can buff it out with a soft (microfiber or t-shirt material) cloth. If it still needs extra love, a leather conditioner will do the trick.

Orders under $75 ship for $4. Orders over $75 ship free.
Left Grain orders ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has been received, we strive to ship within 48 hours of proof approval. Once the package has shipped, you will be e-mailed a tracking number. Left Grain is not responsible for a package once the package has been marked delivered via tracking, unless insurance was purchased by selecting Priority Shipping at check out. If your package has been marked DELIVERED, and you did not receive your package, contact your local Post Office via telephone - have your tracking number ready. Your post office can track the package via geo-tracking and will know exactly where the package was delivered which should help locate the package. All delivery timing is based solely on USPS. Left Grain makes no guarantee of timing in terms of when packages will be received once shipped. First Class packages typically arrive within 1 to 7 business days depending on where you are located. Left Grain is located in Indiana. Priority packages typically arrive within 1-5 business days. As always, keep in mind that Covid-19 and worker shortages have impacted shipping times.

Returns for non-custom items will be accepted from online purchases within 20 days of the purchase date for in-store credit only which will be e-mailed to you in the form of a digital gift card after your return has been received and processed. Item must be in original packaging and original condition. If you would like to return an item, e-mail email@example.com for a return address and return authorization form.
Custom items cannot be returned.
Online orders cannot be canceled after production on the item has started. If you approve the proof, the item will begin production and can no longer be canceled. Non-custom items cannot be canceled after the item has been marked as shipped. If you cancel prior to shipping and production, you will be responsible for a 3% transaction fee and will receive 97% of the order total as a refund.
